We offer various Staffing Solution Options to meet all of your business needs:
• Contract Staffing- ProConSol-Consulting can provide specialized consultants with agreed-upon billable rates to perform tasks that our customers have selected. These engagements are billed on a time and materials basis, and last for an agreed upon period of time.
• Contract-to-Hire- ProConSol-Consulting can provide specialized consultants to work on a time and materials basis for an agreed upon period of time (of at least six months). After six months, the customer is free to hire this consultant directly onto their staff. This allows the customer to assess the performance of the individual before committing to a full-time position.
• Direct Hire / Permanent Placements- ProConSol-Consulting can provide Direct Hire services, designed to save time and paperwork for the customer’s internal team members. Our proven search methodology ensures that the best candidates are identified as quickly as possible to ensure a timely response to our customers staffing needs.
• Remote Support- ProConSol-Consulting can establish remote consulting support to provide access to “high level” consultants who can dial-in to customer systems to troubleshoot technical problems. These consultants are utilized on an as-needed basis, and can serve as a Level 3 Help Desk resource.
